This agreement between you and BH Credit Solution (“BH Credit Solution,” “We,” “Our,” “Ours,” or “The Company”) constitutes a legally binding contract (the “Agreement”).

BH Credit Solutions offers document preparation services to assist clients who may be victims of identity theft or have FALSE, UNVERIFIED, INACCURATE, FCRA VIOLATIONS on their credit reports. We help protect their credit files from identity theft and potential fraud by facilitating the removal of items customers claim are inaccurate, outdated, or possibly fraudulent.

To ensure the effectiveness of our efforts, you must provide accurate and complete information truthfully and diligently.

BH Credit Solutions reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if we suspect that you have provided or may provide false or fraudulent information to us, your creditors, or the credit bureaus.

Please remember that we do not provide legal advice.

We advise you to consult an attorney and/or go through the Fair Credit Reporting Act or the Bill of Rights thoroughly before seeking our advice. BH Credit Solutions accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from your use or misuse of the information provided through our service.

Disclaimer- By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that there are inconsistencies, errors, and items on your consumer credit reports that you are unaware of, and that your personal information has been sold for profit, disclosed to the public, or not adequately protected without your permission.

You might receive requests for additional information from credit bureaus and individual creditors who are investigating a claim of fraud on one or more of your credit accounts. Please note that such requests may vary depending on the policies of the creditors or bureaus at any given time.

Please refrain from responding to any requests for additional information. BH Credit Solutions will have already sent all necessary details to them via USPS as part of the services outlined in this Agreement.
